Vendor Registration – WORKSHOPS

We encourage you to display/sell items that would be beneficial to the NOTARY; however, this is not a mandatory requirement. All vendor merchandise products & services will be considered!

Key Information you should know:

  • We schedule several Training Seminar Events each year.
    • The vendor fairs are open during the event times (times vary according to day/times of each scheduled event)
  • Set up begins one (1) hour prior to start of event (unless informed otherwise)
    • (INM personnel are available to assist you with any questions you may have)
  • The Vendor Fee of $25 includes:
    • 1 skirted table;
    • Networking Opportunities;
    • 1 parking space for the day/times of the event;
    • 1- 3×5 ad in our program guide and/or promotional training brochure;
    • Mention as a vendor in any email blasts; and
    • Mention as a vendor in any posts on our website.
  • If you require power, it is available at an additional cost of $25. This is a separate line item that you will need to add to your shopping cart before checking out.
  • We respectfully request that each vendor provide an item for the raffle drawings that take place throughout the day.
    • The item can be one of your products, a gift certificate, or anything of your choosing.
    • The item does not have to be a product displayed by the vendor or associated with any vendor wares.

 Deadline, for any Ad Copy or promotional content, to any scheduled workshop is 20 days prior to start of event. You can submit your items via email to

To properly apply your vendor registration funds, when received [if paying by check], you must submit a copy of the form along with your payment. Your form AND payment MUST be received no later than 20 days prior to the start of the event.
