INM Notary Record Book

The record book contains basic recording guidelines as recommended by the Secretary of State’s Office, sample forms, and spaces for 100 notarizations. This compact book measures 5½ x 8½. Event Sponsorship: Gold Level

Each year, INM holds an Annual Education Conference which attracts notaries throughout the state of Maine. This year we will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary Event, on Thursday, April 26, 2018, in Southern Maine. RFPs are already out to select a venue and we are working diligently to get the venue selected and posted to our site.

Our conference sponsorships have been a successful part of our conference over the years, and levels sell out quickly. We have had consistent attendance of 100 – 200 attendees from across the state of Maine, at this event each year!

Being a Notary Public in Maine allows our notaries to provide many types of notarial services. Notaries have branched out to provide wedding and/or mobile notary/signing agent services, and these practices have required our notaries to be proactive in promoting the services in their ‘niche’. Many title companies have used the services of Maine NSA’s to facilitate successful signing assignments outside the normal 9 to 5 business day. Therefore, we feel that your company might just be the company that these notaries are looking for to establish a relationship that will be beneficial to both of you!

We are currently looking for Sponsors for our 25th Annual Conference. You and/or Your company, might be interested in sponsoring a coffee break and/or training workshop for this event.


For a $300 Gold Level Sponsorship, you and/or your company would get to sponsor a conference segment, training workshop, and/or a specific seminar event, which would include:

    • You and/or Your Company signage indicating that the training was sponsored by you and/or your company;
    • You and/or Your Company being verbally announced throughout the day as sponsoring a particular training;
    • A free full-page color ad in the Program Guide or Training Workshop promotional brochure, our Informer Newsletter, and a listing on our website;

Event Vendor: Conference

We are currently looking to fill available vendor spaces at our upcoming Annual Education Conference in April. This year we will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary Event, on Thursday, April 26, 2018. To take place in Southern Maine. Venue selection is underway with many RFPs out to bid. Once the venue is confirmed, all vendors will be notified with this important detail! The venue will also be posted to the website.

Notaries have branched out to provide wedding and mobile notary/signing agent services, and these practices have required our notaries to be proactive in promoting the services in their ‘niche’.

Notaries Public are always looking for ways to promote themselves, their services, and to make their working time more efficient and organized. That is why we feel that the Vendor Fair has been so successful, especially for companies that provide independent, promotional products, products that help the notary stay organized, remain efficient in their daily notarial tasks, and provide an outlet for gift items and supplies.

We feel that your company would be an asset to these notaries, establishing a relationship that will be beneficial to everyone! Participating in our Annual Conference would be a wonderful way to get your business name out to notaries from all over the State of Maine.

Our Vendor Fairs have been a very successful part of our conferences and training events over the years and the spaces do fill up quickly at each event!

Key Information you should know:

  • The Annual Conference Vendor Fair is open from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
  • Set up begins at 7:00 AM (setup must be completed by 8:45 AM)
    • (INM personnel are available to assist you with any questions you may have)
  • The Vendor Fee of $75 includes:
    • 1 skirted table; 1 sit-down luncheon designed for networking; 1 parking space for the day; 1- 5×7 ad in our program guide; mention as a vendor in any email blasts; and posts on our website.
    • Additional meal tickets are available for purchase ($40/each additional meal) if you bring any associates to assist at your table.
  • If you require power, it is available at an additional cost of $25.
  • We respectfully request that each vendor provide an item for the raffle drawings that take place throughout the day.
    • The item can be one of your products, a gift certificate, or anything of your choosing.
    • The item does not have to be a product displayed by the vendor or associated with any vendor wares.

Please be sure to provide us with any ad copy and photos that you wish to have in your ad. Please submit them with the Vendor Registration Form.

  • We schedule several Training Seminar Events each year. These Vendor Fairs are open during the event times (times will vary according to day/times of each event).

    • 1 table; networking opportunities; 1 parking space; 1- 3×5 ad in our promotional training brochures; mention as a vendor in any email blasts; and posts on our website.
  • If you require power, it is available at an additional cost of $15.
  • We respectfully request that each vendor provide an item for the raffle drawings that take place throughout the day.
    • The item can be one of your products, a gift certificate, or anything of your choosing.
    • The item does not have to be a product displayed by the vendor or associated with any vendor wares.

Please be sure to provide us with any ad copy and photos that you wish to have in your ad. These must be submitted no later than 20 days prior to the start of the event. You can submit your items via email to editor@informednotariesofmaine.org.

Event Vendor: Conference (meal ticket add-on)

Additional meal tickets are not a part of the $75.00 vendor fee. If you are bringing other associates with you to assist with vending your wares, you must purchase additional meal tickets for them. They are available for purchase here. ($40/each additional meal).

Event Vendor: Conference or Workshop (power add-on)

Access to POWER is not a part of the $75.00 vendor fee. If you are in need of power for your table/booth, you will need to select this add-on. The additional cost associated with this add-on is $25.00.

Please be sure to check the box on the registration form you submit that indicates you require access to power. This is needed prior to set up so that we can ensure that your table/booth is located in an area that has power access to it.

If necessary, a power strip and/or extension cord will be provided with the add-on for power access.
